Welcome to your Maine getaway! Located in the heart of the Sebago Lakes Region, this fully remodeled 2BR, 1 BA cottage offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and New England charm. Enjoy an open-plan living area, an equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace & AC. Will consider your pets, please email with details. Just minutes from Sebago Lake for boating, beaches, and waterfront dining. The cottage layout is cozy at 700 sq ft & a few doorways are 6'. Taller guests will have to watch their step!
The space
Inside, every inch of this 700 square foot cottage has been meticulously updated. Enjoy brand new & refinished pine floors, contemporary fixtures, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and the ultimate summer luxury: crisp cool air conditioning! There are 2 parking spaces that are close to the deck entrance.
Please note: To preserve the authentic architectural character of this historic cottage, the layout is cozy and efficient at 700 sq ft, and a few interior doorways feature a low clearance of exactly 6 feet. Taller guests, watch your step!
The two bedrooms can comfortably sleep 4 adults. The sofa sleeper could also accommodate 2 children or 1 adult comfortably.
In the summer months, property maintenance, such as lawn mowing/ weedwhacking may occur during the hours of 9am to 8pm.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house other than to the basement and a supply closet which are locked. Please note that the owner may need to access the basement (through a separate exterior basement door) briefly for maintenance and/or supplies during your stay, but will never be in the guest portion of the home. Also, there is a small deck so you can enjoy your morning coffee outside.

You will be located in the heart of the Sebago Lakes Region! The house is centrally located off Route 85 in Raymond. It is only 4.6 miles to Tassel Top Beach and 12 easy miles to Sebago Lake State Park and the Naples Causeway.
