Comfortable lake house just 30' from Little Sebago Lake in quiet neighborhood

The owner and management team took care of the situation. We appreciate the matter was resolved without further incident.

The beach area is clean and has a sandy bottom. The dock is nice for the boat or to have a chair to see the sunrise. The road provides a nice walking route each day. The sound of the loons and the visit from the ice cream boat make this a perfect getaway.

It would have been cleaned much more. So many spiderwebs throughout house. We we're notified about the washer being a little finicky prior to our arrival, however, the washer was unusable the entire stay with several children, and no way of getting her clothes washed, which is incredibly difficult. Unfortunately, it left a sour taste in her mouth most of the trip lugging laundry around with 10 children between two homes. They did reimburse us $100 however it should've been much more considering the inconvenience that it was. Overall, we understand that it's a high rental area with a little flip time between guests. The views are what you're there for and it didn't disappoint and the kids still talk about it daily.

The sounds of nature the Loons and the eagles flying overhead. A nice walk through the neighborhood to get your steps in. This quiet cove offers an escape for a week well deserved.
