The Space
Our beautiful 5-star villa in Lovina, Bali, is situated on spacious private grounds right on the beach. From the villa, you can enjoy stunning views of the Bali Sea, the rice fields, and the surrounding mountains.
The villa accommodates 6 to 8 guests and features a private infinity pool with breathtaking views of the sea and lush natural surroundings. With over 300 m² of living space, the villa offers a modern living room, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The tropical garden, spanning over 2,000 m², is filled with palm trees and fruit trees, making it a wonderful place to relax.
The heart of the outdoor area is the spacious terrace with a dining table and lounge set. Next to it, you’ll find a traditional “Bale Bengong” by the sea, ideal for a massage or for enjoying a glass of wine or Bintang at sunset.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the 300 m² villa and the 2,000 m² tropical garden. The villa welcomes you via a private driveway and features a spacious ground-floor terrace with a dining table and stunning views of the Bali Sea. Inside, you’ll find a modern living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate guest restroom. The large sliding doors leading to the garden and the sea can be fully opened, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to blend seamlessly.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, air conditioning, a mosquito net, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and is also equipped with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. In addition, upstairs there is a cozy sitting area with a sofa bed for two people and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding area.
Other things to keep in mind
During your stay, the staff is available six days a week (usually with Sundays off). They prepare delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A menu is available in the villa from which you can choose daily. Our versatile chef cooks both Western and Asian dishes. You are only responsible for the cost of groceries. You can give the staff a cash advance for this in advance; after they’ve done the grocery shopping, you’ll receive the receipts and any remaining balance.
The price includes:
• Rent and tourist tax (10%)
• High-speed Wi-Fi (150 Mbps)
• Staff services (cleaning, cooking, laundry, yard maintenance, security)
• Help desk service
• Electricity, gas, and water

We’re happy to help arrange transportation to the villa. Our driver can pick you up in a private car. These fees are not included in the package and must be paid in cash to the driver upon arrival.

We (2 adults with 2 kids) stayed for a week in Villa Banjar Lovina Beach, it seemed like heaven opened when we arrived, a paradise!!! The villa is beautiful, on a nice place on the north of Bali. A dip in the magnificent swimming pool was something that will certainly not be forgotten.
The two staff members Desan and Kadesk were perfect, nothing was too much for them. They cleaned the villa every day, got groceries for us at the market/village and if desired they prepare a breakfast, lunch and even a delicious dinner.
Because this villa is not in the vicinity of a village we often used the way of moving via a taxi by Erik and his son Ferry. A WhatsApp message with Erik was enough to made an appointment, perfectly arranged!
Erik is known in the area which helped us to see a lot, spot dolphins early in the morning, visit some temples, take a hot spring and stay on the white beach in the north west of the island.
Given our positive experience in the villa (and the island), we hope to be able to come back here again!

We booked this villa for 3 days as we were visiting various parts of Bali. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the stunning Banjar Villa. The staff were extremely helpful but discreet. We enjoyed some delicious home cooked meals and even had Balinese massage on site. A driver was available if we needed a taxi. The location is fairly remote and it's true that the beach isn't so clean. However, the facilities at this spacious villa and its beautiful garden and pool meant that you could enjoy a truly relaxing break with the sight and sounds of the waves on your doorstep. A trip to see the dolphins is highly recommended - we were picked up on the beach in front of the villa. This was by far the highlight of our holiday- so much so that we changed our schedule to extend our stay there. We were reluctant to leave our beachside haven. If we are fortunate enough to return to Bali, we would definitely book Banjar Villa again.

We could not recommend this more highly - a beautifully maintained villa and swimming pool in their own capacious and perfectly manicured garden. Sitting out in the evenings listening to the splash of water trickling into the pond, eating sensational food prepared by Ibu Desak and Ibu Kadek.
All the staff were fantastic, but particularly the two Ibus. They made us feel very welcome, spoilt us rotten and made us even more determined to return when we can.
We had a really comfortable and relaxing stay; our nine-year old daughter did not wish to leave. The highest testament was the comment of relations who have lived in Indonesia for a number of years and have seen many Bali rental villas that Banjar Beach was "a real gem".
