About this house rental

A light-filled, two-bedroom, two-bath home in Condesa with a French balcony, a little rooftop terrace, and the kind of character you can't fake. White walls, wood floors, and carefully chosen pieces give the place a calm, lived-in elegance — Mexican folk touches, vintage finds, and morning light in every room. Sleeps six people. You're steps from Condesa's parks, cafés, and the slow, leafy streets that make this one of the best neighborhoods in the city to call home for a while.

Some apartments are just places to sleep. This one has a story.

Tucked into one of Condesa's classic buildings, our two-bedroom home was put together with care over time — not styled for a catalog, but lived in and loved. White walls and warm wood floors set the stage; the rest is in the details. Hand-chosen pieces, folk-art touches in deep blue, a few vintage finds with character, and light that moves through the rooms all day long. It feels like the home of someone with taste who actually lives here — because that's exactly the feeling we wanted.

The whole place is yours. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with real beds and good linens, plus space in the living area to sleep six comfortably — ideal for friends or family traveling together, with no morning queue for the shower. There's a French balcony to throw open with your coffee, and up on the third floor, a small private terrace that's perfect for an evening drink as the city softens into dusk.
It's the kind of home you settle into. Slow mornings, long lunches, easy evenings — and Condesa waiting just outside the door.

The neighborhood — Condesa
Condesa is Mexico City at its most charming: tree-canopied streets, art-deco buildings, dog-walkers and runners circling Parque México, and some of the best cafés and restaurants in the city tucked around every corner.
Within an easy walk:

— Parque México and Parque España

— Avenida Ámsterdam's leafy loop

— Specialty coffee, neighborhood bakeries, and chef-driven restaurants

— Roma Norte's galleries and bars, just east

And when you want to go further, the metro and Metrobús connect you quickly to the Centro, Coyoacán, Polanco, and beyond.

Perfect for
— Friends or family (up to 6) who want character and comfort, not a generic rental

— Travelers who care about design, light, and a real sense of place

— Anyone who wants to live like a local in one of the city's most beloved neighborhoods
