You leave the departmental road, walk up the driveway, and silence settles in. Our completely renovated farmhouse stands in the middle of the countryside, twelve kilometers from Toulouse: far enough away to hear only the wind in the trees, close enough to be in the city center in about twenty minutes.

The apartment we offer occupies a wing of the house and is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, with its terrace and access to the garden.

The heart of the apartment is a beautiful kitchen open to the living room: you can prepare dinner without leaving the conversation, you can sit around the table to extend the evening. The renovation has preserved the character of the farmhouse while providing the comfort of the new — light volumes, neat materials, air conditioning.

The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, which can accommodate a family as well as two couples, or two colleagues on the move who each want their own space.

THE TERRACE AND THE GARDEN

Forty square meters of terrace open onto a vast garden with trees. This is where most of the summer stay takes place: morning coffee in the shade, meals outside, afternoon reading, and in the evening a clear sky like you don't see in the city anymore.

The garden is large and wooded: children run around without close supervision, and no one lacks space.

FOR A STAY OF DISCOVERY

Toulouse is 12 km away: the Place du Capitole, the banks of the Garonne, the Victor-Hugo markets, the Cité de l'espace. You can enjoy it during the day, then you can return in peace, without looking for a parking space or suffering from the noise of a busy street.PGJyPg
The A68, 8 km away, opens up the entire Tarn valley: Albi and its cathedral classified as a World Heritage Site in less than an hour, the Gaillac vineyards, Cordes-sur-Ciel. The Canal du Midi, the Lauragais and its pink brick villages are also within day's reach.

FOR A BUSINESS TRIP

Quick access to the A68 and the Toulouse highway loop makes the house a practical base for intervening in the agglomeration without staying in a hotel in a business park.

You have a real kitchen so that you don't have to dine in a restaurant every evening, a space where you can work quietly at the end of the day, and a garden to take a breather before resuming. Stays of several weeks are welcome.
