Our villa for 6 people classified 3 ears and nestled in Castelmaurou, is a detached house with small garden located in the east of Toulouse.
It is the perfect address to combine tranquility, charm and proximity to the Pink City and its surrounding riches.
Ideal for a family holiday or a business stay in Haute-Garonne.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, tastefully decorated (1 double bed 140*200cm + private shower room), (1 double bed 140*190cm)(2 single beds 90*190cm), a modern bathroom with bath and toilet.
On the first floor: a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an entrance and separate toilets.
A private garden: perfect for relaxing, organising a plancha or simply enjoying the calm.
A strategic location: in the immediate vicinity of the main roads, but far enough away to offer real serenity.

To offer you a tailor-made experience, our base prices are designed to be accessible to all.
You have the freedom to personalise your stay by adding the following options according to your needs and desires (to be subscribed with us):
- linen (sheets, towels, trchons)
- internet access: the 5g coverage is excellent, but if you prefer a dedicated wifi connection for more flexibility, this option is available
Before booking, Please read the conditions applicable to our rental:
• We welcome our travelers (no key box)
• Linen and wifi are not included (but available as an option)
• Soap/shampoo, toilet paper and various consumables are not provided.
• A security deposit ("deposit") will be requested via a secure online deposit request system (no fees or blocking funds on the card).
