About this house rental
Whether it’s summer sun by the pool or a cozy winter getaway by the fireplace in the living room with views of the lake and mountains, this country home is the perfect place to make memories with family or friends. This spacious, detached vacation home in the exclusive Los Romanes neighborhood (La Viñuela, Málaga) accommodates up to 8 people and combines Andalusian charm with modern comforts—365 days a year.
Spacious, bright, and fully equipped to make you feel right at home!
This wonderful country house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is located in a prime area of the Los Romanes residential community, near the “La Viñuela” reservoir, with views of it and the breathtaking mountain scenery.
Casa Juan consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious and bright living and dining room, a top-of-the-line kitchen, and 2 terraces with an additional dining area and outdoor kitchen on the lower level.
It also features a separate fourth bedroom with an en suite bathroom (No. 4) in the basement, which has its own private entrance.
On the first floor of the main house, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and the third has two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to one of the terraces.
The house has a total of 4 bathrooms, two of which are en suite in the master bedrooms. One of the bathrooms also features a comfortable bathtub where you can relax after a long day; the others have showers.
The spacious and bright living room features two comfortable sofas and is connected to the dining room, which is ready to accommodate your entire family. This room features beautiful exposed ceiling beams that lend it a warm atmosphere, and with a fireplace, you can enjoy lovely evenings here even in winter.
The separate kitchen offers everything you need as a cooking enthusiast and is complemented by the outdoor kitchen, which features a spacious professional grill and several refrigerators.
Outside, there’s another large terrace with a dining area and grill, equipped with a sink and refrigerator area—ideal for hosting large gatherings.
If you’d like, you can relax while sunbathing on one of the lounge chairs or take a refreshing dip in the private pool overlooking the “La Viñuela” reservoir.
The house provides beach towels and bed linens for guests to use free of charge.
For children under 2 years of age, we offer a crib (including bedding and linens) and a high chair for an additional fee. Please let us know if you’d like these.
Free parking is available on the property and next to the house.
