Entire house in Vélez-Málaga ideal for groups and families, accommodating up to 13 guests. Features a heated saltwater pool (open year-round, use until 11:00 pm) and a barbecue area—perfect for group vacations, family gatherings, or getaways with friends on the Costa del Sol and in Axarquía.
Spacious 360 m² property designed for relaxing together, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces.
The house offers 6 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms spread across several floors, providing privacy and communal areas for your group.
Bed layout: bunk bed (2 guests), queen-size bed, single bed + bunk bed, king-size bed, 2 single beds, and 3 single beds.
Private outdoor area: heated saltwater pool, terrace, balcony, and barbecue area with outdoor furniture.
Amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for remote work), air conditioning in bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, TV, crib, and high chair. Towels, bed linens, and bicycles are provided.
Location: in the center of Vélez-Málaga, close to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Torre del Mar beach is 6.4 km away, offering easy access to the coast, beach bars, and promenade.
Additional information: parking available (1 space on the premises). Pets are welcome. The owners live on the property (shared entrance).

We stayed for a girls weekend away and the place was perfect. Walking distance to everything we needed. Great sized pool to relax by and really easy to talk to the owner about anything we needed

Pros: cette location a vraiment été une agréable surprise tant au niveau de la qualité des prestations, que de l'acceuil des propriétaires. La maison est en tout point identique aux photos de l'annonce, les espaces à vivre sont trés agréables. La grande table de la cuisine permet des moments très conviviaux, la déco vous mets dans le bain de la région illico. A proximité, il y a tous les commerces nécessaires et les gens sont vraiment très acceuillants.Il y a plein de visites à faire, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer en 10 jours.Quant aux propriétaires....je ne crois pas avoir déja trouvé des proprios plus sympas qu'eux: prêts à se plier en 4 pour que vous passiez des vacances agréables (nous y sommes allés pour les vacances de noël et nous avions un grand sapin décoré, les halls illuminés, des peluches pour les petits loups...bref une vraie ambiance de noël.Ils nous ont indiqué les attractions ouvertes en cette saison, ils nous ont proposé de nous emmener à l'hôpital pour nous aider a traduire....bref, c'est assez rare de rencontrer des gens aussi gentils qu'il faut le souligner)
Le seul bémol, et encore...c'est une maison parfaite pour des températures plus chaudes...
