Wildlife—including black bears—is part of the Smoky Mountain experience. Please secure food, lock your vehicle, and always use the bear-proof trash bins.

The hot tub is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and refilled between every stay. It may take a little time to return to its ideal temperature after servicing.

Our cabin is surrounded by nature. While professionally treated, occasional insects are a normal part of the mountain environment.

Charcoal, lighter fluid, and firewood are not provided for safety reasons. Grilling utensils are ready for your use.

The Smoky Mountains are a popular and growing destination. You may hear light daytime construction from nearby cabin projects. We always strive to provide a peaceful retreat, and most guests find evenings and nights quiet and relaxing.
