Cocoonr is offering this property for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer: this charming, renovated duplex, where the charm of the spacious attic rooms blends with modern amenities, less than a kilometre from Juno Beach. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to four guests and one child.
Located on the 3rd and top floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with an armchair, coffee table and television
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds (90x200)
- A shower room (with shower) and a heated towel rail
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x200)
- A room for children, which can be used as a playroom or sleeping area (70x140). Please note that the ceiling is low.
Outside:
- A wraparound balcony (accessible from the living room and the ground-floor bedroom) with a glimpse of the sea
- A second balcony (accessible from the kitchen)
The flat is ideally situated at the marina in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Things to do:
- Children’s playground with entertainment about 200 m away
- Juno Beach

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private, secure car park (one vehicle only).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:

- Caen-Carpiquet Airport: 23 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
Other notes:
- Only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay. Please specify this when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Children must only access the balconies in the presence and under the constant supervision of their parents.
