More than a house, SASSA is an experience.
Facing the Iroise Sea, SASSA is a place that has been completely reinvented. Behind its discreet architecture from the 50s is a residence of character. Built by an Italian architect, we had to keep the smallest details of this holiday home from the modernist era and bring our skills to make this charming house timeless.
The SASSA house was completely renovated in 2026!
The bay windows, the changing light, the views of the sea, the rocks, the terrace open to the landscape offer a rare experience on the Abers coast.
The SASSA experience is also about having the impression that you live in a small private mansion just for yourself.
The suites, the glass roofs, the decoration, the bedding contribute to this particular effect.
House - To live in
- Several terraces
- Plunging view of the sea

- Living room with sea view
- 2 bedrooms on the sea side
- The 3 bedrooms are modular: King-size bed version or 2 beds version of 90.
- A bathroom (shower and toilet) for each room.
- Good bedding (Tediber mattress)
Sunsets are the highlight of the show, every day, every hour, every minute will be different because of the tides, the shape of the clouds, the mists, the golden lights.
The different terraces are made for this. Lunch, dinner, chill, cook, change places as you wish and enjoy the long evenings of the West Coast.
Live too, SASSA is bordered by coastal paths including the famous GR34.
Go right, go left, go in the center... no matter what your walks, bikes, paddle boards will be magnificent... along the dunes, in the alleys with stone walls and discover the listed Breton architecture.
Always on foot! You are on holiday, so is your car. The location of SASSA is also its strong point. Go out to restaurants, cafes, take your shopping bag and go buy your fish, oysters, crabs, cheeses, vegetables on foot along the sea.
Cleaning and linen are extra:
- 150 € end-of-stay cleaning (mandatory) for 3 bathrooms
- 30 € bed and bath linen for a King size bed (optional)
- 15 € bed linen for a single bed single bed (optional)
The Sassa house also offers you some additional services to offer you a stay in the best conditions:
- additional cleaning during your stay: 80€
- complete change of bed linen and towels: 30€ per room
- additional linen kit: 30€
- breakfast: 15€ per person
These packages, cleaning, linen and additional services are to be paid on site.
