About this house rental
Relax in this pretty family house for 6 people with sea view 400 m from the beach of Korn Ar Gazel, and its wonderful coastline with iodized smells.
You will be charmed by this old hangar of about 130 m2, just renovated and located in the heart of Aber Benoît near the GR34 coastal path .
A warm atmosphere that mixes different styles.
The house consists of:
- Entrance / living room / living room and equipped kitchen on the first floor (65 m²),
- A bedroom on the first floor with a bed of 160x200 (13 m²)
- A bathroom (shower and bath) first floor (9 m2),
- A toilet on the first floor.
- A dormitory upstairs with 4 single beds of 90x190 (40 m² on the ground: be careful under sloping),
- A mezzanine of (33 m² on the ground: attention under slope),
- A storeroom with washing machine and freezer (5 m²).
ATTENTION - REMARKS:
- The house is semi-detached with another seasonal gîte (occupied accommodation),
- We inform our guests that a house is under construction right next to the rental. (The work is being completed on 26/06/2026: there is no more noise pollution to be expected),
- The 1500 m² garden is shared between the 2 rental houses,
- Attention: Pets are not allowed.

PGJyPg- Sheets and bath towels are provided as well as a hairdryer and straightener,
- Barbecue and garden furniture available.
- Board games and children's games as well.
- If you need a cot and a high chair, we will make them available to you on request.
- Cleaning products: flooring, glass, dishwasher, some dishwasher and washing machine tablets.
- "Grocery" products: Oil, salt, pepper, sugar, a few Dolce Gusto coffee pods. Aluminium foil, baking paper and plastic wrap

- A key box is available to facilitate your arrival.
- Arrival: 15:00 / Departure: 11:00
