About this house rental

Beautiful Colonial across the street from Lake Champlain. Beach access, minutes walk to Bayside Park, 8 miles from downtown Burlington, 45 minutes to Smuggler's Notch and Stowe. Perfect for a family reunion or relaxing getaway. Kid's Kayak, beach chairs, fire pit, Kan Jam, soccer goal, basketball hoop, ping pong table, and game room with pop a shot, & foosball table.
