Kyle’s place was awesome! The dock was super fun to hang out at, his place is super accommodating of everything you’d need for a fun lake weekend and quick ride into town.

The location is superb. The lake view from many areas of the property is beautiful. It is also a natural setting with many trees and shrubs which obscure views from many areas. I went down to the dock for the two clear evenings of our stay and the sunset was just stunning. I couldn't quit taking pictures. Access to Burlington is also convenient, and we enjoyed exploring the town.
Downside is it is an older property with some inherent limitations. The master suite with bath is downstairs accessed by a very steep short treaded stairway. It would be a problem for anyone with any physical limitations. It was also a bit musty smelling, so my wife and I stayed in a smaller upstairs bedroom and were comfortable. I gave an overall rating of 3 inspite of the positives previously mentioned because it just wasn't a VALUE. There were more fees associated with this property than I have previously encountered with a VRBO property. The value proposition just considering nightly rate is marginal. I'm not particularly price sensitive, but I found the inflated total cost related to fees unacceptable for this property.
