The Space:

You can’t get any closer to the water than Waterside Retreat! This home is a large island retreat featuring spectacular views over San Carlos Bay, its own private beach, a heated enclosed pool and a unique floor plan allowing for separate living spaces. You’ll truly feel like you’re on your own island oasis. This home is comprised of multiple wings, one being the primary wing featuring three bedrooms, multiple living areas, and the kitchen. The other wing is comprised of the guest suite, which features multiple bedrooms and a small kitchenette with living area.



Within the primary wing, the master suite area can be closed off from the main living space and features its own sitting area with exquisite views from the open windows, along with a separate entrance to the pool area. The master bedroom, is equipped with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom that includes dual sinks and a jetted tub. The second bedroom within the master suite area features a king size bed and a twin bunk on top with a shower/tub combination, which leads out into the main living space. The third guest bedroom in the primary portion of the home features a queen bed.



Within the guest suite wing, guests will appreciate a private entrance located off from the main kitchen and patio area. This wing features two bedrooms, a sitting area and is located on the opposite side of the house from the master suite. The first bedroom features a queen bed, along with a twin bed. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom of this living space is equipped with two double beds and a twin bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.



Guests should note that this house is not newly renovated and many aspects of the home are original, however, all air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other systems have been recently updated and are in great working order. The owner is currently updating furniture and new photography is expected to be released in late 2026.



Small dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with approval prior to booking.

Other Things to Note:

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management. Guests must complete a rental agreement following booking A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. This property is dog friendly on an approval basis only, if you would like to bring your dogs please message management prior to booking for approval and a pet fee can be added to your reservation. This property does not allow pets other than dogs.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space and privacy they desire.
