* After booking, you`ll receive a secure link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload IDs for all adult guests before check-in.
* Failure to provide IDs before arrival will result in denied building access.
* Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
* Visitors must submit their ID at least one day in advance.
* A maximum of 5 visitors per day is allowed, and they must leave by 10:00 PM.
* Additional guests must be added through a reservation modification before arrival.
* Depending on the booking platform, a refundable security deposit may be required.
* Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
* Smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations incur a $300 USD fine.
* Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
