The apartment features a double bedroom, a private bathroom and a characteristic attic-style living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to four people. The air conditioning, installed in the living room, is able to effectively cool the entire apartment, guaranteeing pleasant comfort even during summer days. Access is via an external staircase and an internal staircase, 15 steps in total. Air conditioning is present only in the living room but cools all rooms, and there is also a fan available in the bedroom.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden, furnished with a table, seating and parasol, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, lunching surrounded by greenery or relaxing after a day exploring Tuscany.

Today the company hosts 3000 olive trees of the prestigious varieties Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccino, Maurino and Moraiolo, cultivated according to the regulations of organic farming and PDO.
