House Rules

By reserving this property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all house rules and community guidelines during your stay.

• Must be 21+ years old to book

• No parties, events, or loud music permitted

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM out of respect for the community and neighbors

• Please only park in the condo’s dedicated parking space or designated GUEST parking areas

• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning and deodorizing fees

• Please do not lower the AC below 70 degrees, as this can cause the system to freeze in Florida’s heat and humidity

• Please use the black makeup towels provided for makeup removal. A linen replacement fee may be charged for permanently stained or damaged white towels, sheets, or linens

• Guests are responsible for taking all bagged trash to the community dumpsters located in the parking lot during their stay and upon check-out

• No unregistered guests without prior approval

• Please be respectful of neighbors and shared community spaces during your stay

• Pets are not allowed unless previously approved in writing

• Guests agree to leave the condo in reasonable condition upon departure

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
