The interiors are light and refined, with a natural, uncluttered aesthetic that complements the surrounding landscape. Each bedroom enjoys beautiful sea views, French doors opening onto a private terrace or patio, and ceiling fans. The top floor is home to the spacious primary bedroom, featuring a private terrace, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with twin basins.



On the lower floor are four further double bedrooms, each furnished with an extra-large double bed. Three feature private shower rooms, while the fifth benefits from an en-suite bathroom. Several open directly onto terraces or peaceful garden areas, and one also includes a television. A separate guest WC provides additional convenience.



At the heart of outdoor living is the private freshwater infinity pool, positioned to take full advantage of the magnificent sea views. Pool heating can be arranged on request during the off-season. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dressing room and ample wardrobe space.



A dedicated butler, Mr Manolis Manias, is included and brings many years of hospitality experience from The Margi Hotel. His services include supermarket shopping, breakfast preparation, serving meals and basic concierge assistance. Driving services are not included, except when required for house-related needs. For additional peace of mind, night security is provided daily from 22:00 until 06:00.
