The rooms boast breathtaking ocean views and are fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and amenities to make your stay feel like home.
The property also features spacious, exclusive outdoor areas, including: a 100 m² infinity pool, a large, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, two separate dining areas with fireplaces, and a barbecue area with a king-size bed. This impressive and spacious villa is located on a ridge near the exclusive Agios Lazaros area and offers spectacular sea views from sunrise to sunset. While beaches, Mykonos Town, and parties are just minutes away, you can enjoy the villa’s luxurious amenities in complete tranquility.

The villa can accommodate large groups of up to 20 + 4 guests in 8 beautifully furnished bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, of course. The spacious outdoor area features a large infinity pool with a lounge and separate bathroom, a fantastic, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and a large dining area and bar, a smaller dining area with a fireplace, and plenty of nooks and crannies to enjoy private moments.

The price listed on Airbnb is for a maximum of 16 people.
An additional fee of 150,- per night is required for each additional person, which must be paid no later than check-in.

- Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest; each additional hour or portion thereof will be charged at an extra 300,-€
- Pets are not allowed unless prior agreement has been reached with the owner—depending on the size and type of pet, a surcharge of 300 per day will be charged and must be paid in full before arrival for the entire stay

- Events and parties are permitted only upon request and subject to an additional event fee
- No loud music outside after 10:00 p.m. due to the residential neighborhood
