With capacity for 6 people, this property offers the perfect balance between tranquillity, comfort and an excellent location to discover some of the most beautiful corners of the province of Málaga.



🌿 The accommodation has 100 m² distributed on a single floor, with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped American-style kitchen so you feel at home. The master bedroom features a comfortable 150 cm double bed, the second bedroom has a practical bunk bed with a 135 cm lower bed and 90 cm upper bed, whilst the third offers two 90 cm single beds, being ideal for both families and groups of friends. Additionally, you will find a complete en-suite bathroom with shower and an external toilet, very practical for pool days.



☀️ The exterior invites you to enjoy good weather throughout the year. The property features a private swimming pool, a spacious garden, two terraces of approximately 30 m² each and an electric barbecue area perfect for sharing meals and outdoor evenings. All of this surrounded by a natural environment with pleasant views of the mountain and garden.



❄️ Inside you will find all the necessary comforts for a perfect stay, such as air conditioning throughout the property, heat pump heating, Smart TV, WiFi connection, cot and high chair for the little ones, as well as a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware.



📍 Its location is one of its great attractions. In just a few minutes you will be able to reach the centre of Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and all necessary services. Furthermore, you will be very close to well-known places such as Barranco Blanco, Sierra de las Nieves, Alhaurín Golf, Lauro Golf, Caminito del Rey, as well as the beaches of Fuengirola, Marbella, Torremolinos and Málaga, located just 25-35 minutes' drive away.



🚗 The property has private parking with capacity for up to five vehicles, making it an ideal option for families or groups travelling with several cars.
