Ideal for families, it features spacious outdoor areas that include a children's zone, a shallow swimming pool (perfect for children but with supervision) and comfortable garden furniture to enjoy barbecues and outdoor lunches The plot is fully fenced, guaranteeing safety and privacy, and also has parking within the premises.
If you need to combine holidays with teleworking, this house has a 300mb symmetric fibre optic connection so you can work or enjoy your series and video games without interruptions Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, very bright and with views of the garden, ideal for sharing moments with family while watching over the little ones from the comfortable sofa.
