A 1-bedroom duplex loft on the 7th floor of the Skol A block — west-facing, with the open-plan bedroom upstairs looking straight out at the sea. Two single beds upstairs that push together for a super-king, and a double sofa bed in the downstairs lounge — sleeps 4. One bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Large west-facing terrace with sea, promenade and beach views — built to sunbathe, eat al fresco, watch the world go by, or turn into an Office With a View. Mid-June into July is the Marbella sweet spot: sea at 21°C and warming, sardine espeto season at peak, San Juan night on Fontanilla beach on 23 June, and the Starlite festival open at the old marble quarry from 19 June.
