About this apartment rental

Wonderful two-bedroom west-facing apartment on the third floor of Block C of the well-known Skol building. On the beachfront in Marbella centre, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.

The holiday home comprises: access to the third floor by lift, large living room with TV with some international channels, sitting area and dining area, open kitchen with everything you need to cook such as oven, hob, refrigerator, pans, etc., access to the private furnished terrace with partial sea views, main bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, interior second bedroom with bunkbed, and separate bathroom with shower.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
