4-5 Blocks to the French Quarter, Frenchman St, French Market, Studio B, Crescent park, Washington Park and so much more.
1-2 blocks from numerous LOCAL (Read: Authentic) bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.
Small grocery/convenience store two blocks away.
Two cruiser bicycles and locks provided free of charge. The BEST way to explore NOLA.
200+ year old traditional creole cottage shotgun house. While there is a door separating the bedrooms, you ***MUST WALK THROUGH BEDROOMS TO ACCESS OTHER ROOMS***
1 king, 1 queen, and the couch in living room pulls out to an additional (actually comfortable) queen bed.
Hardwood floors, claw foot tub, antique oven, and eclectic artwork. This house exudes old world charm with a modern touch.
Extremely well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook including microwave and airfryer. How do you take your coffee? I have a grinder, coffee maker, French press, and keurig pod maker (not pods).
The best part of the house is the outdoor spaces. Unwind in a hammock on the covered patio around the chiminea. If it’s hot, turn on the high powered fan;)
Or BBQ in the lush and totally secluded backyard around the fire pit and picnic table.
Full disclosure: Bathroom is adequate, but small and unremarkable if that’s important to you.
