In the 5th Street Penthouse, you’ll be steps from local dining, shopping, hot springs, the Yampa River, rodeo grounds, and a short shuttle ride to the ski resort in winter. The entry foyer on the ground level leads upstairs to a single-level layout where the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas create a spacious central gathering spot for entertaining, relaxing, and conversation. Large windows offer views of Emerald Mountain and Howelsen Hill, while the living area features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV.
The gourmet kitchen includes a large island, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. The adjacent dining table seats eight, complemented by a bar cabinet with a built-in wine fridge.
