I have been to Steamboat many times in the last 5 years and this is hands down the place I will stay from here forward. The open layout of the place is amazing with great views of the mountain and river. The sound system in the living room and on the deck let you easily play whatever music you'd like for a nice relaxing setting or more upbeat for whatever occasion. The hot tub on the deck over looking the river was my personal favorite spot. you can have the music playing and soak while watching everyone enjoy the river. The beds were comfortable and the place is very clean and up to date with everything you could need for a short or long getaway. Everything from food to activities is within walking distance of the boathouse. The heart of downtown 1 block from the front door and the river is only steps away. Best Steamboat experience to date!!

The Boathouse level 2 is a beautifully equipped, comfortable, luxury getaway. It's location is unbeatable, with a giant deck overlooking the river and a gorgeous mountainous backdrop. It had everything you can think of and lacked nothing. The beds are extremely comfortable and the entire space is layed out nicely for groups. It's a prime walkable location to anywhere in downtown Steamboat, and just a few minutes drive to the ski resorts. Overall, a gorgeous property and smooth experience.
