The Space:

Step through the planted entrance and the world quietens. Soft cream walls, warm teak, woven rattan and gentle sage tones create the calm, editorial feel that runs through every 𝗡𝘂𝘀𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘀 villa — natural, tactile and beautifully considered.



The heart of the home is open-air: living, dining and kitchen flow as one beneath a soaring thatched ceiling, with no walls between you and the garden — just bamboo blinds you can lower for shade or privacy, and warm tropical breezes drifting straight through. For a restful night, both bedrooms close securely behind lockable sliding doors, fully air-conditioned and peaceful.

𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝘂𝗺𝗮 is, by design, a truly open-air villa — its beauty is that there are no walls between you and the garden, and the soft sounds of Bali drift right through.



With that openness comes nature itself, and more of it than a fully enclosed villa: Bali's wildlife is abundant and everywhere — geckos on the walls (a sign of good fortune here), butterflies through the garden, and ants, mosquitoes or small insects that are simply part of open-air life, especially in the warm, humid months.



This is the romance of open-air tropical living, not a fault, and no amount of treatment removes it entirely — it's the nature of a villa without walls.



We carry out professional pest control every four weeks, far more often than most; and although the living space lives open to the garden, both bedrooms close fully behind sliding doors and are air-conditioned, so you always have a sealed, cool retreat for sleeping.



If a completely enclosed, insect-free space is essential to you, an open-air villa may not be the right fit — but if you love the romance of living close to the Balinese tropics, Villa Juma is something special, and you'll likely come to love the resident geckos as we do.

Most villas offer a pretty room and a pool. At 𝗡𝘂𝘀𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘀, the difference is wellness. Our villas are cared for around the signature in-villa ritual of Ibu Nenek, a Balinese master therapist carrying sixty years of healing, grandmother to granddaughter — so rest and a true sense of exhale are part of the stay, not an afterthought.



You are met at the gate with the Frangipani Blessing, chilled lemongrass towels and Balinese iced tea. Roro stays gently reachable throughout, and sees you off with a small farewell gift in the Balinese tradition.

• 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 — a private chef comes to the villa to cook breakfast fresh that morning, arranges it on the pool and serves it at the water's edge, then quietly sees to everything afterwards. From IDR 750,000 per person

The one-time cleaning fee paid at booking covers full professional cleaning after check-out, including laundering of all linens and towels, and preparing the villa to the same standard you'll find on arrival.



Your villa is also your private sanctuary — uninterrupted by daily staff — so daily housekeeping is not included;

this keeps our nightly rates lower and lets you add a mid-stay refresh, fresh towels or a linen change whenever you'd like one, for an additional charge.



Guest Access:

𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝘂𝗺𝗮 is entirely yours for your stay — the whole villa, inside and out, with no shared spaces and complete privacy. You'll have exclusive use of the open-air living and kitchen, both ensuite bedrooms, the garden and your own private pool, with a covered carport for a car and scooters.



Your Villa Hostess and our local team are nearby and reachable throughout, entering the villa only by arrangement with you — for housekeeping, a requested in-villa wellness treatment, or at your invitation.

𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝘂𝗺𝗮 sits in 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗻 — a calm, leafy pocket on the quiet northern fringe of Canggu, where rice fields, village lanes and birdsong replace the bustle. It's the part of Canggu people wish they'd found sooner: peaceful enough to truly rest, yet minutes from everything that makes the area special.



A short ride brings you to Canggu and Berawa's celebrated beaches, beach clubs, surf breaks and sunset bars, and to the area's much-loved cafés, yoga studios, wellness spaces and restaurants.



Neighbouring Pererenan offers a quieter, more design-led scene of artisan coffee shops and boutique dining, while the beaches at Seseh and Nyanyi nearby remain wonderfully unspoilt. The iconic sea temple of Tanah Lot — one of Bali's loveliest places to watch the sun go down — is a short drive away.



Close enough to dip into Canggu's energy whenever you like; far enough to come home to complete calm.
