10/10 PLACE! Would come back again! For the price and accommodation, it is a good deal. The place was always clean, which is my biggest need on a holiday. Complimentary breakfast was yummy and light, a great break from other restaurants' heavy food. Our favourite people to interact with were the chefs Dayat and Putu. From the moment we met them, they were always so kind and genuine, and we always had great conversations. They went above and beyond for our breakfast, and we can't thank them enough for taking care of us. Special thank you to our villa cleaner too, because she was always so lovely and thorough in cleaning. Another special thank you to the night staff, who always helped us with our late-night enquiries. Thank you again!

Excellent comfortable villa with good pool. Excellent for family

The villas are very nice with a spacious downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Can fall out of bed into the pool too

The only bathroom is off the kitchen and downstairs is exposed to outside so can get animals wandering in (a cat came in and scratched into our baby formula!)

Great stay

Great stay at the villa - it was our second time! The team at the breakfast was fabulous. The reception helped us to book spa treatments at very short notice which was great. The restaurant was great.

The property was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. I was very comfortable.

Didn't realize I would have to go down a set of stairs without a handrail. Every time I needed to use the restroom and the night. It wasn't too bad but would be useful to know if have physical limitations

Gorgeous, quiet accomodation with very friendly staff

I loved my stay here - the staff was so lovely helpful and i was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room as well as the fact that i had an open bathroom in nature, which was beautiful and felt very Bali. It was covered enough for privacy and open enough to feel like i was surrounded by nature in my privacy. I stayed here for 10 days and could've stayed longer. They also have 2 yoga shalas and an in house restaurant. My room was very quiet and I used to love waking up to the sound of the birds. M

y only feedback for improvement is to add more breakfast options and offer more drinks like proper coffee and chai etc. Besides that, beautiful stay!

Wonderful place!

We had an amazing stay at United Colors in Bali. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel at home. The place is beautiful, very clean and well maintained, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was excellent, delicious food and great service. We also joined a yoga class with Dewi and it was absolutely worth it, such a special experience that added even more value to our stay. It was truly an excellent way to finish our holidays in Bali!

Excellent stay and very friendly staff

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious and with two floors. It is well situated and has a nice garden and three pools. But the best thing is the super friendly staff! Anan helped us to organize our activities and made our so much more pleasant! We will definitely come again.

Gorgeous setting, beautiful staff, great stay

United Colors is a beautiful space, with lush green gardens, nice pools and well sized rooms. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a bungalow, and had family that stayed in a villa. Both were roomy and comfortable. I really liked the What's App group set up with James on arrival, it made for super easy communicating. We ate at the restaurant multiple times, and all our food was delicious. We also used the massage and salon services, which were well priced - and we thoroughly enjoyed our massages, and my niece absolutely loved her new nails! The nail artist was very patient :). We would stay here again!

Our bed frame was very creaky, but the bed and pillows itself were very comfortable. Service sometimes ran on Bali time, but that didn't bother us as we were very relaxed! The location is slightly remote - so be prepared to use Gojeks and other means to get around, it's not really central to 'main' Canggu. We did like the peace that provided though!

Good for singular / dual travellers (not a family).

James was very accommodating and arranged for us to move into a more family friendly villa after we expressed some concerns on the one we had booked (safety, disability & children).

We felt it wasn’t really a child friendly property, and didn’t take advantage of all the amenities as our children are loud. We didn’t want to be a burden to other guests, we basically stayed out all day and only attended the hotel for sleep. Breakfast was not child or vegan friendly.

They’ve open living area, lots of mosquitoes at night. Mouse came in the living area at night. Kitchen had insects walking around. Rooms have really small size. Location was pretty quite, had to take bike whenever needed anything.

Wonderful place in Canggu

A dreamlike place with heart – highly recommended! United Colors of Bali is a beautiful accommodation in the heart of Canggu. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home – the entire team was incredibly warm and attentive. The rooms were spotless, and the whole property was spacious, clean, and lovingly maintained. One thing we appreciated was being added to a WhatsApp group where we could ask any questions. Even though we only stayed for a short time and didn’t have many questions, the team was always ready to help. A lovely example of their attention to detail: on our first day, we completely forgot that we had booked breakfast. Before it ended, someone actually came to our room to ask if we still wanted to eat – we’ve never experienced that kind of care in a hotel before! We also met the owners, a super friendly couple, who took time to chat with us and shared great tips for our onward journey. Scooters were easy to rent directly through the hotel, which was very convenient. A very special thank you goes to Anam – you always had a funny line ready and made our stay so much more fun. It was a real pleasure! We’ll definitely be back and are so happy to have had such a wonderful experience. M E R C I

Awesome place, would stay again!

Breakfast was fantastic and had a good variety of options. We loved the privacy of our room and our outside seating area, but also enjoyed relaxing in the common areas by the pool or lawn. The staff were always friendly and helpful when we had any questions or wanted to book a day tour.

Great stay with helpful staff, beautiful grounds, and relaxing amenities

I had an amazing stay at United Colors of Bali. The staff was always helpful, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and the beach, if you have a scooter or plan to use taxi. The massage I had was wonderful, and the yoga class (free with a coupon) was a nice touch. I only tried yoga on my last day, but if I’d gone earlier, I would have made it a regular part of my stay. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and our bungalow was spacious. Naturally, there were a few lizards and ants, but actually a fewer than in other Bali stays in similar places.

The hotel is split into two sections on opposite sides of the street; it would be nicer if it were all connected, but both areas are fully equipped and beautiful. Overall, a great experience!

A hidden gem in Canggu

We stayed in Joglo1, the open air appartement with 3 bedrooms. It was absolutely GREAT. All tidy and looking great and complete. The location itself is a dream, with 3 pools, a great restaurant, yoga place , and not to forget the excellent staff ❤️. We’ve had a great closure of our trip here, thanks a lot 😁

Comfortable and quiet

Quiet location, nice pool area and restaurant. Our room( family bungalow) was ok, nowhere to sit which would have been nice.

Our room had no chairs (other rooms do). We had arranged a car to meet us at the airport but was not there and we got no apology from the hotel.

Beautiful peaceful hotel

We loved the cold pool, sunny loungers and our little private terrace in front of our bungalow. The staff were lovely and so helpful. You could feasibly stay here and never need to leave as the restaurant offers lunch and dinners too, but we hired motorbikes from the front desk and explored Canggu a few days, good location for getting to restaurants and the beach. The room was so clean and smelled lovely, and we loved the outdoor bathroom!

For the quality of the hotel and the price, it's disappointing that the double bed is made of 2 single mattresses shoved together. Made for an uncomfortable sleep most nights. These should be replaced asap.

A colorful place with an eclectic vibe

What more can be added to what has already been said and praised so many times? Everything is accurate! The staff, the location, the breakfast, and the amenities. The service for renting a scooter, WiFi, and the bed, everything is okay to a great pleasure. And you’re never alone: Even in your private moments in the open bathroom, there is always a gecko, salamander, or whatever other creature checking on you. It’s a place with no fuzz that is definitely worth booking for more than a few days.

Check-in was confusing. There are two entrances on different locations: The entrance to the villas and the second one to the cottages that’s next to O’zarome restaurant. If you’re unlucky as I was, this unfriendly French receptionist will demand cash payment or a 3% additional charge when paying by credit card. Since I didn’t carry enough cash, I had to go in search of an ATM. Although I left my luggage, all valuables, and my credit card details with that woman, she still kept my passport as “a guarantee”. What a weird way of welcoming a guest for a full week booking! Well, blondie, there is still a lot to learn from the local Balinese staff! I prefer their way of welcoming and trusting guests, and that is quite different from yours!

Beautiful Villas

The pool area and Villa were beautiful.

I heard a lot of scooter noise all through the night, and early morning, making it hard to sleep. And sometimes you just want a hot shower after a long day and we didn't have hot water.

Beautiful villa and pool, good for families

Lovely pool area with really well maintained, beautiful garden. Everything in room was really clean and comfortable for a family of four. It felt very secluded and private when in the villa. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Streets surrounding the hotel are very quiet compared to the main area of Canggu.

The stairs up to the bedrooms were a bit unsafe for young children but it didn’t cause a massive issue for us.

Everything. The entire setup is absolutely amayzing. The staff is so caring and kind. we loved absolutely everything, we actually decided to prolong our stay here.

The only thing I missed were more vegan & plant-based options in the restaurant.

The restaurant was decent. Yoga classes offeresd and meals were tasty Nice environment in general, good vibe.

Check in at 3 (?) Forget it! After a long trip you only want to lay down... but we had to wait more than a hour for the villa to be ready. The villa looked outdated, some areas were very dark, and walls had mould. At night (first night), my bed was full of ants... tiny tiny ones that I had to remove. Next day at breakfast, I ordered a watermelon juice and when I was drinking, a tiny cocroach came out from the bamboo straw. Maybe the storage where the straw was was too exposed or simply the kitchen was infested. I'll never know.... The staff of the hotel was extremely humble and kind. They offered to assist immediately with all the things that happened.
