Welcome to the Modern Mountain Retreat, a spacious, private mountain home where sweeping views, fresh air, and genuine relaxation await.
The home spans two full levels with four bedrooms and two distinct living areas. The main level features three generous bedrooms and an open living space with direct access to multiple outdoor seating areas. The lower level includes a second living area that doubles as a billiard room, a full bathroom, and a private bedroom with a built-in desk that works equally well as a dedicated workspace or an additional sleeping space.
Step outside and there’s no shortage of things to do. Play a round of disc golf, shoot some hoops, or challenge someone to a game of pool. When it’s time to slow down, the private hot tub and a peaceful creek running through the property set the perfect scene.
