Stunning views of the mountains and only a few feet away from the River. Enjoy fishing, hiking and only 10 minuets from Down Town Durango. The ski resort is an easy 35 minuet drive. The Home is spacious with an open layout. The master bedroom features a fireplace, a large ensuite with a private deck and an oversized walk in closet. The second main floor bedroom has a private bath and walk in closet. The loft area expands the width of the main floor with a trundle bed, bathroom and walk in closet. The loft has plenty of room for additional guest to sleep. Elaborate kitchen make cooking for your family gatherings a breeze. Located next to the kitchen is a half bath, mudroom with washer/dryer. You will find plenty of seating for dining at the table along with kitchen bar seating. The back deck runs the length of the home with plenty of outdoor seating. This home will not disappoint, the location and home is a rare find.
