About this house rental
Welcome to this 4-Bedroom Home located on 5 Acres, sitting beside a small creek, 1 mile from Pleasant Lake with public access and 5 miles from Lakes Cadillac & Mitchell, and downtown. Enjoy being surrounded by nature but close enough to enjoy downtown or golf/skiing. Built by our grandparents almost 40 years ago, this well-loved family farmhouse honors their memory. We enjoy being able to come home to the family farmhouse with our kids, and we know you’ll enjoy this wonderful home as well!
The space
There are many areas of the property you have access to including all the outdoor amenities: stamped concrete patio with outdoor dining area, fire pit, swing set, and creek. The home has 4 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom up and a second full bathroom on the main floor. Full laundry room is provided and doubles as a private office with desk and lamp.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and yard space. The backyard is designed for entertaining with a gas grill, outdoor seating and a fire pit!

Golf, Skiing, and trail riding
There are 7 golf courses within 20 minutes of Cadillac’s Downtown. While each offers a unique golfing experience, they share the special beauty that is unique to this area, feature well-cared for courses and friendly, welcoming service. Each course is easily accessible from area freeways.
Caberfae (20 min) and Crystal Mountain (40 min) are two local ski resorts within driving distance of the home.
Adventure seekers will love to explore the greater Cadillac area via snowmobile. Our winter trail adventures are perfect for snowmobile groups that want an exciting sledding experience or for a more leisurely day riding with the family.
Our trail system is well marked and groomed by a dedicated group that loves snowmobiling as much as you do! The Cadillac area has a vast trail system that spreads through the Huron Manistee National Forest with over 200 miles of groomed trails, which connects north, south and west for days of sledding fun.
