Situated on a beautiful lot with hardwoods, the Lemon Lodge is very family friendly and will sleep up to 13 in beds with 4 bedrooms PLUS a 2nd large back family/game room area with memory foam Queen sleeper sofa. The back family room can also be used as a large additional 5th bedroom/sleeping area when needed. Everyone gets a bed, so no blow-up beds are needed! Whether hitting the ski slopes or spa at Crystal Mountain, taking a day trip to Lake Michigan beaches or Sleeping Bear Dunes, playing a round of golf at Arcadia Bluffs, Crystal Mountain or many nearby courses, wine tasting and browsing shops in downtown Traverse City, or simply enjoying a nice campfire under the stars, your vacation retreat awaits! (Limited firewood provided in warmer months seasonally) There is even a Public Access point just down the road (About a 7 min. walk or 1 min. by car) for the Betsie River to catch a Salmon & Steelhead or drop your kayaks. (Four kayaks and paddles provided for your stay) There are eleven (11) different public access points total along the entire 50-mile Betsie River. You can also kayak/tube the Big Manistee & Platte Rivers with transport. At over 2085 sq. feet, this custom-built home is deceptively larger than appears outside and has open concept floor plan, high ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout that were built for entertaining. Covered front porch, a side deck and a large back deck with dining table and plenty of seating for everyone. There is also an entirely separate back 2nd family room with multiple board games, 8' shuffleboard table, Pacman Arcade with 7 games, Marvel Superheroes Arcade with 8 games, another large 50” Smart TV, sleeper sofa and chairs, etc. that are perfect for kids or adults that want to relax or be entertained while others gather in the large kitchen and main family room. That back (2nd) family/living room area can also be closed off from front half of house with a sound deadening curtain for more privacy. Bunk Room has a 32" Smart TV. The spacious gourmet kitchen easily seats 13+ for meals and is fully stocked for multi-family extended stays and cooking. The large kitchen opens into a nice size family room with large sectional couch, additional comfy chairs and a 65" Smart TV with YouTube TV 100+ local channels. This home has comfortable furniture throughout with plenty of seating, BOSE Bluetooth Sounddock, Three Smart Tv's (65", 50" & 32") and much more to keep everyone comfortable. All upgraded appliances in 2021 & 2022. House has two large full bathrooms. A river rock stone electric fireplace creates a cozy main family room while throwing out additional heat by the large sectional couch. The house also has a great outdoor rear deck overlooking the beautiful hardwoods with an eating area, Weber propane grill, a charcoal grill & large firepit area with plenty of Adirondack chairs that are great for relaxing while catching up with friends/family or treating yourself to some S'mores. Plenty of room in the front & back yard for those outdoor games such as Bocce Ball, Washer Toss, Regulation Corn Hole, Kan Jam & Football/Soccer balls which are all provided in the shed. Full-size Samsung washer & dryer are also at your disposal for your extended stay. (Laundry soap provided)

Located just a 1/2 mile to the entrance of Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa you have access to skiing, golf, biking, award winning spa, indoor pool/hot tub and fitness center, outdoor pool and waterpark, high-ropes, climbing wall and many other activities available. (Daily Nominal Fee) So close you can even hear the snow making machines in the distance during ski season! The lodge is also a short drive for day trips to Arcadia & Frankfort Lake Michigan Beaches, downtown Traverse City, Crystal Lake in Beulah, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Manistee, Platte River rafting and many other areas of interest. There is even the infamous Iron Fish Distillery just down the road and a Mead/Wine/Beer tasting room (St. Ambrose Cellars) that is just 10mins. north. Miles of State DNR snowmobile & ATV/SXS trails less than two miles away & numerous Kayak/Canoe rental places around the area that also offer guided river tours for the Betsie & Platte Rivers. Charter fishing trips available around the area too. You can also take the family winter tubing or summer zip-lining through the woods at Mt. Holiday in Traverse City. So many things to do and places to see that are close to the house, although the quiet and peacefulness of the place may be all that you need.
