About this house rental
At the highest point of Ukkohalla, next to a stunning landscape. An apartment building built in 1991 in danger.
From two separate apartments, connected rooms on the ground floor.
Open floor plan with the kitchen in the same space as the living room but slightly higher.
Sleeping places for five: three single beds are in the loft and double bed in the same space as the living room.
High room height.
One of the lofts is not an actual place to sleep. The loft stairs are steep.
Two separate toilets and a washroom and sauna.
The property has two doors to the balcony that have been connected and renovated in the summer of 2024.
There is a large parking area in front of the house and the apartment has two hot spots.
Shared hut (kota) in the yard.
