About this house rental
A semi-detached house located in the Ukkohalla tourism centre, 150 m², built in 2007.
No pets allowed.
Kitchen, 5 bedrooms, loft, sauna, shower room/toilet, 2 separate toilets, dressing room, vestibule, terrace, storage, fireplace and firewood. 4 bedrooms with 2 x 80 cm beds/room, 140 cm double bed in one of the bedrooms, 4 spare mattresses on the loft. Small office space in one of the bedrooms upstairs.
Peaceful location. The apartment's trash cans are located at the end of the garage building, the garage does not belong to the apartment.
On the beach, a shallow sandy beach, a pier, a boat and a spacious barbecue hut for shared use. The glazed terrace offers a good view of the slopes of Ukkohalla and Lake Syväjärvi.
The glazed and furnished spacious terrace increases the comfort of the apartment.
Electric car charging point for customers to use free of charge (with the customer's own charging cable, charger Type 2, max 11 kWh).
