Dog friendly, ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo centrally located between downtown Charleston and the beautiful beaches of Sullivan's Island (10 mins each). Shady, quiet condo community with pool and community dock overlooking Shem Creek provides a gorgeous place to relax while enjoying all Charleston has to offer.
The space
2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor condo in shady, quiet community in Mt Pleasant SC. Community dock with great marsh views. Pool open seasonally (typically May - September). Pool closed Mondays for cleaning.
Screen porch and open air patio, fully stocked kitchen and dedicated work space.
Dedicated, free parking space on site.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full condo (2 bed, 2 bath, porches and community amenities) with the exception of an owner storage supply closet used for cleaning.
This home may be most comfortable for adults or families with older children as there are no amenities or safety features for small children (no highchair/crib, no cabinet locks, baby gates, outlet covers, etc.)
Other things to note
This is a quiet community of families and retirees and is not appropriate for parties or events. Local ordinance and HOA regulations require a minimum stay of 30 days or more.
