We fell in love with this home because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful waterfront living and easy access to everything we love about Cape Cod. Mornings are best spent on the deck overlooking beautiful Bearse's Pond, while afternoons are perfect for fishing from the dock or paddling in our kayaks.
One of our favorite things is the location. You're just minutes from Craigville Beach, Hyannis Golf Club, and downtown Hyannis, where you'll find great restaurants, unique shops, and ferries to the islands.
Whether you're relaxing by the water or exploring the Cape, we hope you'll create memories here and enjoy our special retreat as much as we do.

Upon arrival, step inside and you are welcomed by a comfortable living room and spacious kitchen designed for gathering with family and friends. The open dining area features beautiful views of the backyard, wraparound deck, and the peaceful pond beyond, creating the perfect backdrop for meals, conversations, and memorable moments. All three bedrooms and both bathrooms are conveniently located on the main floor, along with a washer and dryer for added comfort and convenience.
