This professionally decorated home has beautiful views of both the marsh and the creek.
This newly built house has lots of personal touches, ceiling fans throughout, large porch off living and dining room overlooking private pool, top of the line kitchen appliances and a small sitting room facing the marsh perfect for reading quietly and bird watching.
There are two bedrooms on the main level, one of which faces the marsh and three bedrooms on the 2nd level; 2 share another large porch overlooking the pool and the Master Suite with adjacent sitting room also faces the marsh. All five bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with glass walk in showers.
Under the house is a large open air entertaining space and outdoor shower.
Enjoy a short walk to the beach or The Litchfield Inn for a bite to eat, crabbing and fishing in the marsh and kayaking from the private covered creek dock with attached floating dock.

This house is wonderful. Fully accessible via elevator. Dog friendly. The pool deck and second floor screened porch were highlights for us. The property is on the water on two sides. Pool side has a nice dock that faces on the canal. The front of the house faces out on the beautiful salt marsh. The beach is easily walkable (via a pedestrian bridge over the canal) about three blocks. The area is relatively quiet with many homeowners coming only on the weekends (we assume). The house is well equipped with kitchen gear. The bedrooms are nicely finished and comfortable. Several nice sitting areas for reading and coffee. Gorgeous house! We will be back!
