About this apartment rental
I provide you with an entire apartment in a completely renovated family home. Through this project, which was close to my heart, I wanted to preserve the charm of my family home while offering my guests all the comfort they need for their stay.
The accommodations are located on the 2nd and last floor of the house, accessible by a staircase.
On the first floor, you have access to a garage to store hiking equipment for example, and a garden (under development).
You will find in the accommodation:
- a fully equipped kitchen - dining room,
- a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm,
- a bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 cm that can be joined together to form a bed 180x190 cm,
- a large living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, TV and library.
The bedding was completely replaced in 2024. Duvets, plaids and pillows are at your disposal.
The bathroom includes a heated towel rail and a shower.
The heating consists of electric inertia radiators installed in 2024.
Right next to the house, you can enjoy a shaded picnic area by the river.
Arrival and exit are self-guided thanks to a key box.
Parking spaces are available on the street in the immediate vicinity.
Sheets, towels and dish towels can be provided at an extra cost (to be paid before your arrival).
Prices (including delivery and cleaning):
Bed 140x190 cm: €10,
Bed 90x190 cm: €6,
Linen: €7 / person (2 towels / person + 1 bath mat + 3 dish towels).
Cleaning is carried out by a specialized company to guarantee the best level of quality and comfort for travelers.
A first aid kit is available in the accommodation.
