It enjoys a quiet, elevated location in Schwalefeld with mountain views; restaurants and a village shop are within walking distance. Willingen town center is 4 km away, and Diemelsee lake is 10 km away.

Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, blender, sandwich toaster, and spices. Bedroom with a double bed (180×200 cm), TV, and wardrobe, and a children's room with bunk beds. Shower room with window, hairdryer, and vanity mirror.
