Belvita Holiday Apartment 2****:
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the Belvita apartments with a conservatory, indoor pool, and sauna. A quiet, prime location right on the edge of the forest, yet close to the town center (600m).
This barrier-free holiday apartment on the 2nd floor (elevator) is ideal for health-conscious vacationers, the 50+ generation, hikers, and families.
2-room, non-smoking, comfortable 4-star holiday apartment in a modern, natural style for 2-4 people with one bedroom (plus a fold-down bed in the living room), good amenities, and Wi-Fi on 62 sq m.
Apartment layout:
- Living area with seating, TV, and stereo system.
- Kitchenette with dining table, dishwasher, and good equipment.
- Bedroom with a Swiss pine double bed and TV.
- Modern shower room with towel warmer and hairdryer.
- Conservatory/Balcony - The flexible window front allows for optional use of the balcony and/or conservatory, depending on the weather.
- Parking space in front of the house.
One medium-sized dog is welcome upon request!
Free use of the indoor swimming pool (28°C), sauna use (€5.00 per person).
If you would like to book spa treatments, physiotherapy, or osteopathy at the adjacent spa center, please reserve your appointments before your arrival. Further information is available by calling +49 5632-4125 (Wagner Spa Center).

The apartment offers limited accessibility, but is not fully accessible according to DIN standards. Unfortunately, booking portals do not have an "accessible" filter, which is why we list the property as accessible, as it is still easily usable for many people with mobility impairments. The apartment is suitable for people with mobility impairments who can walk short distances independently and primarily use a walker. It is not suitable for wheelchairs. The doors to the bathroom and kitchen are only 70 cm wide. The 90x90cm shower has a 10cm step. The balcony door has the standard threshold.
We value respectful guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive socializing are not permitted in the house or on the balconies and will not be tolerated. We do not rent to stag/hen parties or groups of young adults under 30.
