🌴 Welcome to Samsara complexe, a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo near Aldea Zama, perfectly located between Tulum’s pristine beaches and vibrant downtown. Features two king beds, private plunge pool, terrace, and fully equipped kitchen. 🏝️ Enjoy resort-style amenities: large main pool, palapa lounge, rooftop infinity pool, BBQ, restrooms, cozy seating, and stunning views of the Mayan jungle, Caribbean Sea, and Tulum ruins. Nearby construction is mostly finished and minimally impacts your stay.

We have a few simple house rules to share with you. We know rules aren’t the most exciting part of your trip, but a quick read would mean a lot to us!
1. 👥 Guest Count
Please make sure the number of guests matches your reservation. If more people stay than booked, Airbnb insurance won’t cover your stay — and that’s no fun for anyone!
2. 🕚 Check-out – 11:00 AM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Our amazing cleaning staff will arrive soon after to prepare for the next guest. Before you leave, please:
Take the trash up one floor via the stairs next to reception (left) and drop it through the metal chute door.
Double-check you haven’t left any personal items behind.
3. 🍽️ Dishwashing
If you’ve used dishes, we’d really appreciate it if you wash them before checking out. It’s a small effort that helps us a lot!
4. 💡 Lights & A/C – Very Important
Please turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment and at check-out. We care deeply about the environment and appreciate your support.
5. 🚫 Not Allowed
Using the condo or building for illegal activities, including prohibited substances. Suspicious behavior will be reported.
Bringing pets or animals into the apartment.
Improper use of appliances, candles, or anything that poses a fire risk.
Causing damage or disturbing other guests.
Removing any items from the apartment (charges apply for missing items).

Our community is very safe, but please always lock doors and windows when you leave and turn off lights and A/C for safety and sustainability.
