Outstanding!! Can’t say how great this place is. I’ll try…..Roof top pool with city view. Full kitchen with extras. Hot tub!! But the best is the management. Responsive. He helped my time in Tulum better. I could not wait to review this place!!!

This place is amazing, very beautiful and great design.
Very close to the main street and in the city center.
Comfortable beds, great shower and fun swimming pool on the roof top wich give amazing pictures.
The best value for money in mexico so far
Fast and easy communication with the host, he give many recommendations on tours and advice
They have bike rental option and it is good and laundry service
Good food next to the hotel and cheap gift shops
