UJO Tulum

I really enjoyed my time here and extended my stay for three nights. It’s a very well managed hotel, everything was perfect and everything worked. Even the kitchen was well equipped which you don’t always get. Communication and staff were excellent. Also really liked Tulum and would have happily stayed longer.

Outstanding!! Can’t say how great this place is. I’ll try…..Roof top pool with city view. Full kitchen with extras. Hot tub!! But the best is the management. Responsive. He helped my time in Tulum better. I could not wait to review this place!!!

This place is amazing, very beautiful and great design. Very close to the main street and in the city center. Comfortable beds, great shower and fun swimming pool on the roof top wich give amazing pictures. The best value for money in mexico so far Fast and easy communication with the host, he give many recommendations on tours and advice They have bike rental option and it is good and laundry service Good food next to the hotel and cheap gift shops

What a great place! I ended up making 3 more bookings and stayed here the whole trip (its not finished yet and still here) The host is great at communication and making sure everything is well taken care of as well as the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The wifi is great in the rooms and reasonable on the roof by the pool - I worked most of the day on the roof with my laptop with on a couple of drop offs but fine in the rooms. That said I really appreciated the rooftop pool - it's small but for me was just right and the rooftop offers a good view of the city. The main road is a short walk away with a great coffee shop right at the intersection on the opposite side of the road as well as a great local restaurant (try the sopa da lima). Near the hotel are stores and taco vendors so everything is near. I would easily - and probably will - stay here again.
