Tulum Luxury Apartments

I loved the property, as it was my first experience with the whole condo, and I was very satisfied with everything I could enjoy: the apartment was the perfect size, the bed was comfortable (which is very important for me), the AC worked perfectly, I could enjoy some fav tv shows, I had a cute terrace, the kitchen was well equipped, the fridge was tiny but mighty, and they were nice enough to let me some essentials like potable water, cooking spices and COFFEE (I can't thank you enough for that), even when I brought some things of my own because I didn't check the cabinets before going grocery shopping (my bad), but it was a nice touch that I appreciate very much. I could get a bike if I wanted, and they would bring it to me. And then, the POOL, it was perfect at all hours, super clean, and the water was perfect for the hot weather. This stay was exactly what I was looking for; I wish I had stayed longer.

My only complaint, if any, is that the building is a little hard to reach; my ride from the airport had a hard time finding it, and if you don't drive like me, you are up for very long walks every time you want to go anywhere "nearby", and don't take me wrong, I love to walk and find places around, but with the temperatures it was a little hard to do, I know taxis were an option, but I was a little concern about it, so I avoided all together for my peace of mind.

They had a very pleasant young man at the front desk. He personally greeted us, and helped us to our room. He was very helpful and answered all our questions.

À FUIR ! La propreté laisse clairement à désirer. Les instructions pour trouver l’hôtel ont été envoyées seulement après notre arrivée sur place. Sans internet et sans personne à l’accueil, il a été extrêmement compliqué de trouver l’adresse et d’accéder à l’établissement. Établissement loin du centre, dans une zone complément à l’abandon, pleins de déchets partout. Moustiquaires cassées donc impossible d’aérer sans que les moustique y entrent, nombreuses toiles d’araignées, beaucoup de choses vétustes. Le seul point positif reste la piscine… et encore : un seul transat était encore utilisable, tous les autres étaient cassés. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, du moins le groupe qui gère ces chambres.

Je n’ai rien aimé dans cet établissement. Expérience très décevante, je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.
