The apartment is new and very well designed - I like how they use not big space: + comfortable, big bed + big, full equipment kitchen with everything you need for cooking + huge TV with all streaming apps + cute small terrace + nice decor, what makes this place "cozy" + no problem with electricity or water ( and always hot water in the shower ) + responsible and welcoming host - always was in touch, answered any of my many questions + the location is great - in the new area Zama, surrounded by parks, minimarkets, cafes, rentals, 25 min walk to the center , very safe and beautiful. also only 500 m away from new road to the beach - took 15 min cycling to the seaside 👍 + small gym is a great bonus + wi-fi worked very well

I can not say it is "negative things", but just some points to keep in mind: - the terrace and huge glass door faced hall in the building and doors to other apartments ( so it is not really space where you can relax ) - you can hear very well everything from the hall and neighbors ( so if you are light sleeper - better to have earplugs, I was lucky enough and the place was in general very quiet during my stay ) - not daylight, as the apartment has only a glass door to the terrace, facing inside the building ( but for short term it's fine )

I liked the neighborhood, I liked the modern facilities, I liked how personal and comfortable the apartment is, I liked the balcony, I liked the glass doors at the entrance to the main building. I liked the proximity to 7/11. I liked the openable barrier between the bed and kitchen. I liked the elevator. I liked the first aid kit.

I didn't like how dusty everything was, maybe it was from the ongoing construction. I didn't like the neighbor from Argentina who yelled at my partner because of our dog. I didn't like how thin the bathroom glass door was, my partner fell through it injuring herself, but the first aid kit came in handy. I didn't like the fact that there was no natural lighting.
