The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making the stay comfortable and worth the price. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. While the location was decent, it wasn't very walkable and shopping options nearby were limited. Breakfast could have been better, but overall, the facilities met expectations.

The hotel was inaugurated 6 months ago. A restaurant is available on the second floor. Overall, a great experience!

I stayed at Explora by Nova Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was the parking. The hotel has very limited parking, and on both days of my stay my vehicle was blocked by other cars. The management did not seem to have an effective system to handle this, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
Housekeeping was also very inconsistent. I had to call multiple times just to get my room cleaned, and even after the room was serviced, they often failed to replenish toiletries, drinking water, or provide fresh towels. I had to contact the front desk again to have these basic amenities delivered, which shouldn’t be necessary at a hotel.
The breakfast was another letdown, with limited options and poor overall quality.
The only positives were the good location and the spacious rooms, which were comfortable. However, the poor management, inadequate parking arrangements, and inconsistent housekeeping significantly affected my stay. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.
