You have a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains. In both summer and winter, numerous hiking trails and walking paths start right from our house, and in winter, the ski slope is practically on your doorstep.

The bus stop is located directly on the street in front of the house, and the bus service goes directly to the Horberg ski area or down into the valley. From there, you can reach the various valley stations of Kaltenbach-Zell-Hainzenberg-Horberg-Mayrhofen.
