Our comfortable holiday home offers 125 square meters of living space with a spacious living and dining area and open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (sleeping accommodation for six guests) on a roughly 400 square meter property. From the generous entrance hall, you enter the large living and dining room, furnished with comfortable leather seating and a dining table offering lovely views of the surrounding greenery. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A further bathroom with a complimentary sauna is available on the ground floor.

Thanks to its central yet quiet location, the house is particularly well-suited for families. The Baltic Sea beach is just an eight-minute walk away. This is a non-smoking house, no pets allowed, and is allergy-friendly. It is a 4-star DTV-rated property.
