About this apartment rental
A comfortable and spacious apartment with two balconies for 6 adults and two small children up to 3 years in a central and quiet location. You can reach the supermarket, bakery, restaurants or shopping facilities in just a few minutes. The unique sandy beach of Prerow can be reached in 10-12 minutes on foot.
Upper floor:
• Large cozy living room with satellite TV and music system
• Separate, large, comfortable kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave,
Fridge freezer u. v.m
• 2 double bedrooms
• Bathroom with shower and toilet
• Washing machine in the separate utility room
• 2 balconies, main balcony with furniture
• central heating (gas)
attic:
• Via a space-saving staircase you reach the 3rd Bedroom with open gallery, double bed and satellite TV
• Bathroom with shower and toilet
Generally:
• 1 car parking space
• 1x children's travel bed 60x120 cm and high chair
• Handcart
• Insect screen in the bedrooms (1 window per room)
• Non smoking apartment
• Unfortunately pets are not allowed here.
• very quiet location and close to the center
• Free internet connection via WLAN
• Sky start package and Sky Bundesliga
• Optionally, bed linen and towels can be booked.
A laundry package costs € 18.00 per person and includes bed linen (pillows,

Please note that the municipality of Prerow charges a tourist tax of € 2 / night / adult and € 1 / night / pupil / student. You will also receive the invoice separately from me, since the municipality settles directly with the landlord.

Ich weiß: Geschmäcker, was Einrichtungen angeht, sind bekanntlich unterschiedlich. Aber diese Wohnung hat unseren Geschmack getroffen und es gab auch sonst nichts zu bemängeln, Gut ausgestattet was Küche, Wohnraum oder auch die Schlafzimmer angeht. Genug von allem vorhanden. Der große Balkon ist ein Traum, der Blick ins Grün tut ein Übriges.
Wir sind gerne hier gewesen und kommen gern auch wieder.
Nur eine Kleinigkeit: im Bad wäre eine Lampe über dem Spiegel hilfreich. Große Leute stehen sich bei der Deckenlampe selbst im Licht.
Der "Schuppen" für die Räder und der Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Reinigungsequipment - prima.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende in Prerow verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Haben im März einige Tage in Prerow verbracht und haben uns in der Wohnung super wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattatung ist fantastisch und die Lage ruhig. Würden es jederzeit empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir wohl über kurz oder lang Probleme mit der Raumspartreppe nach oben bekommen, aber für die eine Woche hat es gelangt.
