In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 350 m, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 200 m. Gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: Bolzano 55 km, Passo Sella 15 km, Passo Pordoi 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Area Col Rodella Campitello di Fassa 6.8 km, Ski Area Belvedere Canazei 3.4 km, Sellaronda 1.3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Carezza 28 km, Lago di Fedaia 10 km.
